What is a LoadSTRINGW and a hccutils.DLL?

Every time I boot my HP ProBook 4520s, Windows throws two "The procedure entry point LoadSRINGW could not be located in the dynamic link library hccutils.DLL" What is Windows trying to tell me and how do I get rid of these annoyances?

    Update or re-install your Intel graphics driver.
