I'm using a Windows 8.1 computer by ASUS and I want to connect a bluetooth mouse but I cannot find the bluetooth setting. I went to PC settings and then into PC & Devices but there is no bluetooth settings in there. When I went to control panel and searched bluetooth I got 2 results. The results where Devices and Printers and Networking and Sharing. Where do I find the bluetooth setting to enable it?

    Hello,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community Forum.

As per the description I understand that you are facing issue while enabling Bluetooth application. Please do not worry I will try my best to resolve it.

However I would require some more information to assist you better.

    1. What is the model of the laptop?

I would suggest you to try the following methods:

    Method 1:

    Step 1:

Make sure Bluetooth enabled and other wireless devices are on and discoverable.

Some computer models have a Radio button for Bluetooth Device to turn it ON/OFF.

If you are unsure about how to turn on the Bluetooth adapter or whether your computer has a built-in Bluetooth adapter, check the manual for your computer or the manufacturer's website.

    Step 2:

Under Windows 8.1, the Bluetooth option has been moved to a new section:

Here are the steps which you can follow:

    a. Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, tap Settings, and then tap Change PC settings.

Note: If you're using a mouse, point to the upper-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer down, click Settings, and then click Change PC settings.

    b. Tap or click PC and devices, and tap or click Bluetooth.

    c. Turn Bluetooth on.

Note: You won't see a Bluetooth settings page if your PC doesn't support Bluetooth. If you're certain that your PC supports Bluetooth but there's no settings page for it, check the info that came with your PC or your manufacturer's website for steps to turn on the Bluetooth hardware for your PC.

    Method 2:

Follow the troubleshooting steps from this Microsoft article and check if it helps:
