windows help and support window keeps popping up!

i have a problem that the windows help and support window keeps popping up from time to time and its starting to annoy me. my F1 isnt stuck im pretty sure it isnt a virus and it pops up immediatley after i login and then goes of every now and then and after it happens the keyboard stops working for a little bit.

does anyone have a solution? i have looked online and the problems out there but none ive seen has got the error fixed and i need my computer working this week! help appreciated

    we have some breakthrough! i had removed the  b&n keys cause that was causing it to pop it up and then no kkeys were working  so i mashed the keyboard with my hand and it fixed the keyboard but every now and then it pops up and i just press the n key and it stops... but i wanna know how a letter on a keyboard could make it pop up

    now its gone back  what it done before popping up like crazy the bn keys are helping it happen but it is still doing it on itself too  would it be a faulty keyboard? kind of seems like it but why would pressing letters make the help menu turn on

    i had already installed it and it did nothng i found out that if i pressed the b and n keys  it would

    activatethe window so i took the keys off thinking they were stuck and they are not. and now the keyboard is not working at all anymore so i cannot login after a restart and i had to restart a few times because it kept making a beeping noise. any info on that?

    EDIT: now my keyboard is not working at all! cant access anything except guest

    EDIT AGAIN: now it wont turn on keeps beeping at me

    3RD EDIT: took battery out and put it back in its turned on but all keys except the top function keys dont work so i can turn brightness up and down but not type a sentence
