yo i found a solution for you on another forum super easy to fix

    " Right click on program.

    click on troubleshoot compatibility

    click try compatibility setting

    click on test compatibility

if / when it works exit the program and click next and save settings"

    Hi Habeeb,

Urlmon.dll is used by Microsoft software to help load the "Object Linking And Embedding" library on your PC. This is basically a framework of files & settings that your software will use to incorporate the likes of hyperlinks & other "objects" into your programs. If you have errors caused by this file, it suggests that you have some sort of problem either with the file or the software trying to use it.

    Method 1:

To resolve this problem in Internet Explorer, follow these steps:

    a)      Quit all programs that are running.

    b)      Click Start, and then click Run.

    c)       Type regsvr32 urlmon.dll, and then click OK.

    d)      When you receive the "DllRegisterServer in urlmon.dll succeeded" message, click OK.

Note: Make sure that you have logged in as Administrator account before following above steps.

    Method 2:

If the issue still persists, then I would suggest you to perform a SFC Scan and check if it helps.

    Follow these steps:

    a) Boot to the desktop view.

    b) Open command prompt, right click in the left corner when the Start window appear and select command prompt (admin).

    c) Type the following command, and then press ENTER:

    sfc /scannow.

The sfc /scannow command scans all protected system files and replaces incorrect versions with correct Microsoft versions.

    Hope this helps.

Please post back with the status of the issue and we will be glad to assist you further.
