I need to know how to set parameters to print a 2x2 passport photos

    ====================================

    Two possibilities...

    1. Try this online site for creating passport photos.

You can create a 4x6 page with 6 pictures and

then download it to your computer and print it

    as a 4x6 image.

    http://www.epassportphoto.com/

    Follow these steps:

    A) Get My Free Passport Photos /

    B) Browse to the picture / Next /

    C) When the picture is uploaded...

drag a box around the face / Next /

    D) Download and Print.

    E) Save the photo to a folder on your hard drive

and print it as a 4x6.

    1. Creating a Passport Photo:

You need to crop your image to 2x2"

and print it exactly that size....

    The free program, FastStone Image

Viewer can do what you request.

    FastStone Image Viewer

    http://www.faststone.org/FSViewerDetail.htm

First you will have to download and

    install the program.

Now, open the program and select

the picture you wish to create the

    passport photo with. The selected

image will show in the bottom left of

    your screen.

Now go to...Edit / Crop Board. (or type...X)

Click the "Define Paper Ratios" button.

(it's just to the right of the Paper Ratio

    drop window)

Click the "Add" button and enter...2 x 2"

    click...OK...

Open the "Paper Ratio" drop window

    and select 2 x 2".

Left click / drag a box around the exact

portion of the image you wish to include

in your finished passport photo. You can

resize by dragging the corner handles

and reposition by dragging the 4-way

arrow. To finish...click the "Crop" button.

    Now...go to...File / Print...

Open the "Size" drop window and choose

    "Normal".

    Click "Print".

An easy way to to just use oddprints.

There's even a preset for 2x2" passport photos and it's completely free.

Easiest way is to just copy the picture into MS Word.  Size the photo as 2x2; maybe copy in two or three.  Re-set the paper size to your photo paper (e.g, 4x6) with portrait orientation.  Be sure to select the right paper (e.g., "HP Every Day Printing Glossy").  Print.

I need to know how to set parameters to print a 2x2 passport photos

    Here's another option

First, convert your photo to a 2x2 image using the US State Department picture cropping tool:

    https://travel.state.gov/content/dam/passports/FIG_cropper.swf

Once you've cropped the pic and have it downloaded, open Word

Insert the picture saved from the above step

Go to the Layout tab on the ribbon and select Size -> 4x6

Go to the File tab on the ribbon and select Print

    Select Printer Properties

When the dialog box comes up, select 4x6 on the paper size and select OK

Load 4x6 paper into your printer

Print the document, and it will come out as a perfect 2x2 picture

I have to say, JEMatthewsVI,  this was totally easy beezy!  I didn't have to download anything and MSWord has it's own little "ruler" built in so when I started to resize my pic all I had to do was punch in the height and width.  I made 2 extra copies, printed out on glossy and all done! Fantastic!  Thank you!
