    Hi, Matios,

    Are you attempting to install a program?

    Look for MSCOMNCTL.OCX in the following:   C:\Windows\SysWOW64 directory

    Right click on Command Prompt and select Run As Administrator

    Type the following

    CD C:\Windows\SysWOW64 directory

    Press Enter

    Next Type

    Regsvr32 MSCOMCTL.OCX

    Press Enter

    You should get a message "DllRegisterServer in mscomctl.ocx succeeded"

    Proceed with the installation

    Maybe I'm not doing something right with my OneDrive...  I'm used to SkyDrive (from the good old days) so see if this link is better:

    Hello,

    I usually did on windows a office 32 bits and windows 64bits  and office 32bits, but now i have windows 10 and office2016 64bits, and do not work, i try to register i have not problem, but it doesn't work,.

    Your post saved me as i just got Windows 8.1 and had problem with 2 pieces of software giving me that error.
