I can't remote to windows server via mac big sur

When I remote to VPS (windows server 2016) I get this error: "the username or password is incorrect. try again" But I pretty sure that I used the correct username and password, I even use the on-screen keyboard on VPS logon page but nothing changed and I got the error again and again! I can remote from my iPhone without any problem but when I try to remote from my mac I can't! my mac version is Big Sur 11.2.3.

    1.A temporary workaround may be to disable NLA; Besides, what's the version of your Remote Desktop client for Mac? Try to update it to the latest version: https://install.appcenter.ms/orgs/rdmacios-k2vy/apps/microsoft-remote-desktop-for-mac/distribution_groups/all-users-of-microsoft-remote-desktop-for-mac

    2.Do you use .rdp file for remote? Have you tried to reboot the mac and reconfigure the .rdp file by exporting and importing again?

    3.Make sure you typed the Mac username and password correctly.
