Am now required to upload files from my C drive thru Citrix to a SharePoint site.  When I sign into Citrix, It will not show me my C drive on my laptop,   It works from my desktop machine running Win 7 and Vista, but not from my new lap top running 8.1 and IE 11.    Help!!!  job in jeopardy!!!

It should work on Windows 8 (I use Citrix Receiver as well), but it only works if you're using the desktop version of Citrix -- not the Windows 8 'app store' version.  Can you confirm which one you're using?

Thanks for your reply, sorry for my delay in responding,   Still having issues with this.  Neither the app or the portal works for me.  Still working on it, but no "c" drive yet.  Will post resolution if I ever get one!!  Thanks again for your reply

In a nutshell, that would be "however you might install it on Windows 7".

For example, my company lets us connect with receiver by either using the app (if we have Windows 8), or by a website that we put at http://connect.teleflora.com.  If we were to go to that site and didn't have Receiver Desktop version installed yet, it would prompt us to install it after logging in (which is our standard way for anyone using Windows 7).  So if your company has a web portal for it, use that.

One thing though, depending on what version of receiver the use, the webpage may not work quite right in IE.  If it looks garbled or anything, hit Alt to show the toolbar, then choose Tools > Compatibility View and add the site to the list and it should work alright.
