How to reorder multiple sub-windows in a program in the task bar?

I have two monitors and if I put one tab of the browser on one monitor and another private tab in another it splits them into two instances in the taskbar but sometimes I don't open them in the same order or have to close and reopen one, which then can put them in the wrong order. I can't organize them because moving one moves both. I haven't found an option in Windows to enable this yet.

On XP I downloaded a third-party program to order the taskbar but is there a setting in Windows 7 to enable this or what do you recommend as a third-party app to do this? Thanks.

Naman, it's quite discouraging to read and see your complete inability to understand what it was that Dave was asking. For a Microsoft representative, I would've hoped that you might put more thought into answering the specific question, instead of providing links to barely-related pages and leaving Dave to fend for himself with regard to his actual problem.

    I found a solution: http://rammichael.com/7-taskbar-tweaker

I'm surprised nobody here's heard of it.

Here's an extremely explicit explanation of what I'm talking about, I didn't think it was necessary nor cared to do it myself:

I know they're on never combine! I want them to never combine! I simply want to switch the order of the never-combined windows! Otherwise I have to close both then open in the right order. Do you understand now?!

Open up Chrome, right-click it in the taskbar, select "New window". Notice a little box opens to the right of the original box in the taskbar. Now hold down left-click on the right-side box and try to move to the left side of the left-side box. Not possible. Your video and instructions don't provide any help for that. You're not understanding what I'm asking.

For someone who knows, is there a third-party app that does this?

I guess you still don't get it or don't have a solution.

Someone please recommend a third-party solution for doing this.
