Hi Mohamed,

Thank you for the reply.

I would suggest you to uninstall the game and install it in Windows 7 compatibility mode and check if the issue occurs or not.

To install the game in compatibility mode, I would suggest you to follow these steps.

a. Right-click on the setup file and select “Properties”.

c. Select “Compatibility” Tab.

d. Place a check mark next to “Run this program in Compatibility mode” and select Windows 7 from the drop down list.

e. Let the game install and then check the functionality.

Hope this information helps. Reply to the post with updated status of the issue to assist you further.

    Hi Mohamed,

For a better understanding of the issue, I would need more information from your end.

    1. Were you able to play the game before?
    2. What is the complete error message?
    3. Do you face any issue while playing other games?
    4. Were did you install the game from?

This issue could have occurred if the game is not properly installed.

I would suggest you to uninstall the game and re-install it. Check if you can play the game.

    Step 1: Uninstall the game.

    a. Press Windows key + X and select control panel.

    b. Select the option “Programs” in control panel.

    c. Select uninstall a program.

    d. Right-click on the game you want to uninstall.

    e. Click on uninstall and the game will be uninstalled from the computer.

    Step 2:

Now re-install the game and check if it helps.

If the issue persists, I would suggest you to contact EA support for further assistance.
