    Hello,

Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Community Forum.

You can't uninstall a printer if you have files in your print queue. Either cancel printing, or wait until Windows has finished printing them. Once the queue is clear, Windows will remove the printer.

To cancel all documents waiting to be printed, you must have permission to manage documents on the printer. To perform the same you can refer to the below mentioned steps.

    1. Open Devices and Printers by clicking the Start button, and then, on the Start menu, clicking Devices and Printers.
    2. Click your printer's icon, and then click See what's printing on the command bar.
    3. Click the Printer menu, click Cancel All Documents, and then click yes to confirm. The item currently printing might finish, but the remaining items will be canceled.

Now try deleting the printer and check if it helps:

    1. Open Devices and Printers by clicking the Start button, and then, on the Start menu, clicking Devices and Printers.
    2. Right-click the printer that you want to remove, click Remove device, and then click yes.

If you can't delete the printer, right-click it again, click Run as administrator, click Remove device, and then click yes. If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

    Hello,

Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

I would suggest you to try the following steps and check if they help:

    1. Uninstall all the printer drivers which are installed on your computer.
    2. Click on Start->type services.msc in search box and open it.
    3. Then stop the printer services (print spooler).
    4. Delete all the folder listed under “c:\Windows\System32\spool\Printers” and then start the services.
    5. Then reinstall all the printer drivers from the manufactures website and check if issue persist.

Hope this helps. Please revert in case of any further queries related to Windows.
