I have a Toshiba laptop, windows 7. The Bluetooth stopped working a while back, the icon is red and when I try adding a new connection it gives the message "Bluetooth is not ready." I tried uninstalling the Bluetooth USB Adapter from the device manager and scan for hardware changes afterwards but the same problem persists. I checked if its updated and it says it is.

Hi,****Did you make any changes to the computer prior to the issue?****This issue occurs because of a problem in the PnP layer.
