It should never be assumed that Windows 7 drivers will work in any OS other than Windows 7. Contact Panasonic Support.

Bear in mind that this model has been discontinued for some years now..

Use the driver for KX-P7305. They’re virtually the same printers—at least from the PCL6 driver’s viewpoint.

You might have to install the printer manually by manually adding a printer for ‘USB001’ virtual port, and when Windows asks for a driver, let it have it from "C:\Program Files (x86)\Panasonic\Panasonic KX-P7305 and KX-P7310\Win64 PCL" that have been created by the setup provided by Panasonic.

    [Applies to 64-bit Windows 8.1.]

There is no practical difference I know of between the drivers for KX-P7105 and KX-P7305, and your printer should work just fine. I have not found any way to make the “proper” driver to install…

    Further explanation:

I have asked this question and responded to it myself because I have not found this info anywhere else on the net, and this work-around might not be obvious to everyone; and the printer prints just fine. Why should one throw away a perfectly good printer just because Panasonic will no longer support it properly for Windows 8.1?

Also, another question related to this printer was locked, so I could not answer there.

The KX-P7305 is also not properly supported for use with Windows 8.1 either, but I note that the driver is a slightly later version than the one shown for the KX-P7105. It may be an oversight on the part of Panasonic..
