    =====================================

    What you are referring to is an animated .gif file. They can

    be created using .jpg files but the final format must be .gif.

    If you have a copy of an old Picture It! program...there is

    an option called FlipBook that will do what you want. You

    could even use the still available 60 day free trial of the

    now discontinued MS Digital Image Suite...once you have

    it downloaded and installed just open the program and go

    to...Tools / Flipbook.

    And maybe the following GIF Animator would be worth a try:

    The link above to toogle.com for the GIF animator will load you up with all sorts of worthless junk.  Do not use this link unless you like trying to get things off your computer.

    Norton AV blocked the download stating something about heuretics patterns or something. I instructed Norton to allow the download of gif animator from toggle website. I clicked on the downloaded installer which took me to a website called http://ic-dc.guardconceptspackage.com/ and my firewall did not like that website at all. So I googled the website and according to scamadvisor.com this website is a sub-domain with the owner/parent website/administrator located in Israel which is considered an unsafe country as far as mysterious websites that are supposed to contain a MS GIF animator. scamadvisor.com went on to say The website has been newly registered with a short life expectancy, which follows the pattern used by many fraudulent and fake selling websites. Needless to say, I'm not an expert on any of this however common sense is a flower that does grow in my garden and common sense says that I will be uninstalling the GIF animator and recommend that you save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for a solution.

    Norton internet protection says this file in not safe, and it was removed by Norton. I decided to block "toggle" website from any download.

    Great job it is extremely helpful to have the download along with the information, to make it alittle more user friendly, I found there were too many download buttons to choose from, so perhaps yous could have the partner panels at the side away from the original file download. Keep up the great work everyone and have a most wonderful day!
