nfs run not working

nfs run is not running.. whenever I launch the game it shows an error that, sorry the app can not run in a virtual machine.. please help I had spent a lot of time in downloading and installing the program.

    Hi Aanand,

    1. What is the exact/complete error message?
    2. What is the make and model number of the computer?
    3. Which version of Need for Speed have you installed in the computer?

    From my research I found that this issue will occur if Hyper-V is enabled on the computer. If you have it enabled, let’s disable it and check. Refer to the following steps.

    1. Press Windows key+ X, click Control Panel, and choose Programs and Features.
    2. Choose Turn Windows features on or off
    3. Uncheck the tick mark next to Hyper-V, click apply, ok.
    4. Restart the computer.

    I would also suggest you to  downloaded the latest game update from the developers website and check.

    Hi Kapil,

    This issue can be solved by adding some exceptions in anti-virus application. I would suggest you to contact your anti-virus application support for better assistance on this issue.

    hyper v is not running on system but still  game is not running....if i stop bitdefender then it works. but i don't want to stop it every time when i want to launch game.. please tell me some solution to start game without switching off my antivirus.

    actually hyper v was enabled in my bios settings . And following your suggestion I disabled it and the game is working perfectly .
