    Hi,

Were there any changes made to the computer prior to the issue?

    Please follow the methods.

    Method 1:

Let’s test the issue in clean boot.

    Refer to the link.

    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135

NOTE: After troubleshooting, revert the computer to start as usual (Refer to “Step 7” from the link mentioned above)

    Method 2:

I would suggest you to download and run the latest Microsoft Safety Scanner on your computer and check if it helps:

    http://www.microsoft.com/security/scanner/en-us/default.aspx

Note: Any data files that are infected may only be cleaned by deleting the file entirely, which means there is a potential for data loss.

A few years late, but may be of use for others.

If you have Motorola Device Manager installed, because of tablet or cellphone - you could see this service.

For 32 bit systems the executable is

    C:\Program Files\Motorola\MotForwardDaemon\ForwardDaemon.exe

    For 64 bit :  C:\Program Files ( x86 )\Motorola\MotForwardDaemon\ForwardDaemon.exe

    PST stands for Personal STore.

This is a file where Microsoft Outlook Exchange stores your mails, calendar, and contact information.

Here's an easy explanation if your looking for more information:

It's a good idea if you use Outlook for your default email client to back-up and archive PST files. This can be especially useful if you inbox grows. You can archive messages from those out-of-date projects and store them away to reduce search times etc.

    Good Luck!
