I would appreciate if you can provide us the following information to help us understand the issue better.
- Are you able to install any other program on your computer successfully or facing the same issue?
- Is your computer connected to a Domain network?
I would suggest you to enable default Administrator and check the status in that
profile. We are trying to check that is the issue related to the profile through which you are logged in or the issue is related to the driver software.
Steps to enable default Administrator are as below:
- Go to Start, click All Programs and open Accessories.
- Right click on Command Prompt in the Program list and then select
Run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password, or click
OK.
- In the Command Prompt, type the following command, and then press ENTER:
Net user administrator /acive:yes
Note: There is space between net, user, administrator and*/*** ****
