Some of my mail is tagged with [suspected spam] when it is not spam to me. What can I set to prevent email from a specific source to be allowed without spam tagging

My ISP finally confirmed that their spam program marks certain companies as spam and marks the message that way, even though these are major companies and the message is not spam to me.

They claim "that is the way their program works" and I requested them to let management know that that is not a satisfactory answer.

    Hi Sanssail,

Welcome to Windows Live Mail forum. Sorry for the delayed response. We would like to verify if you have McAfee security software? If yes, it is possible that the recent update to the McAfee spam filters caused the symptoms.

Please try turning off the spam filter in the McAfee control panel and check if the issue will persist.

If this is not your issue, provide us more details for better understanding.

    Thank you!

    Thankyou for responding:

No I do not have Mcaffee:

However... My  ISP has webmail....which I never use...but I thought maybe they are doing something before the mail gets downloaded to my windows live client.

Sure enough I discovered the [suspected Spam] tag on the ISP webmail site.   I will persue that avenue. Thanks again
