Razer Kraken Headphone picking up other sounds

Original Title: In voice chat People hear my Computer, Game and themselves   (Answer ASAP please!)

I use my Laptop to game but my friends on voice chat say they can hear my game and them selves 

i tried the mute all other options nothing worked

i  use a Razer Kraken Headphone

Please help ASAP!

    Hi,

    This issue might occur if the headphone is not set as the default communication device.

    I would suggest you to set the headphone as the default communication device and check if it fixes the issue. Follow the methods:

    Method 1:

    Follow the steps to do so:

    • Right Click on speaker icon at the bottom right corner and select Playback devices.
    • Check if the headphone icon shows up the list. If it doesn’t, right click inside the same window and select Show Disconnected devices and Show disabled devices.
    • When you find the icon within the list, right click on it and select Enable. Also, set it as the default device.
    • Click on Apply and then on OK.

    If the issue still persists, proceed to the next method.

    Method 2:

    There has been scenarios where in if you have a different audio device such as a speaker connected to the back panel and the headphone to the front panel, the headphone might pick up the sound from other environment as well. If you have a speaker connected to back panel, unplug it and connect the headphone (speakers and mic) to the rear panel and check if it helps.
