- What is the make and model no. of the computer?
- Were they working fine before? If yes, then did you make any significant hardware or software changes to the computer prior to this issue?
The issue may arise if the old drivers are not compatible with the current version of Windows. So, I would suggest you to try the following methods and check if the issue persists:

Method 2:
