Original title: Error code 002000 using Xbox.

Not only has this been since the 8,1 upgrade, but each time there is an update, the issue repeats itself.  Error Code 00200 does not allow you to enter the store.  All my Windows Updates are Up-To-Date.  Whether the game is Microsoft Solitaire, Mahjong, wordament, etc.... the games section does not sign in, even if you go to the main web sites and sign in there, then if you click on the game, that is when the dotted circle spins and eventually the error code appears.  Please help resolve this issue.

Error Code 0020000 be due to the proxy server connection enabled on the computer. I would suggest you to check if you are using any proxy connection on the computer.

    Disable the Proxy Settings.

If you are connected to the Internet using the proxy settings, then the Windows 8 Apps cannot connect to the Internet and thus they do not work properly as expected. So, we need to check and disable the proxy settings in the computer. Follow these steps to disable the proxy settings and check if it helps.

    a) Press “Windows Logo” + “R” keys on the keyboard, type “inetcpl.cpl” and press “Enter”.

    b) Click the “Connections” tab, and then click “LAN settings”.

    c) Uncheck the “Use a proxy server for your LAN” check box.

    d) Click “Ok”.

Hope this resolves the issue. Please get back to us with the result.

Thank you for your quick response.

Error Code 0020000 is still there.  Now when I attempt to go into Xbox Microsoft Solitaire, Xbox MahJong, (any Xbox Games) directly I receive (in addition to Xbox showing it is 002000) error code (0xc00d1126)

When Reregistering the store I received error code (0x80072ee2)

We had already run the apps cab troubleshooter, but will do it again.
