    Hello,

In order to restore system to earlier date, you must have a system restore point created on your system on earlier date. Press Windows Key + W, type system restore in search box. From results, click Create a restore point. Now in System Properties window, click System Restore. Now you should be able to see the system restore point created earlier. Thus you can restore system to that point.

    Step-by-step instruction here: https://www.kapilarya.com/configure-and-use-system-restore-in-windows

Hope this helps, Good luck :)
