Original title: Live email opens to a shifted screen

When I open an email on Windows Live Mail 2012, the screen is shifted off-center to the left about 3 inches. My arrow on the right does not work to re-center the page so I cannot use any commands on the left side or read the email because the left side is not visible. How do I fix this?

Not sure what you mean by the arrow on the right.

Make sure the center box at the top right is a single square. Grab the banner at the top and drag the window where you want it. Close all other windows first and this one last and Windows will remember the size and placement.

Thanks Bruce Hagen. That fixed the problem with which I have been wrestling for days. You are much appreciated. Carolyn
