Windows 8 Toshiba laptop touch pad not working.

Hey, my name is Kelly.

I have had a Toshiba laptop for about a year now with Windows 8 installed. It has been working fine until a few days ago when the touch pad suddenly just messed up.

When I try to use the touch pad, I move my finger around on it, and it just scrolls up and down. The cursor will not move but if I am on the internet, it will scroll the page up and down. I have to double tap and drag to move the mouse somewhere.

This is frying my brain and I have been going from forum to forum looking for fixes but nothing works.

Anyone know what is wrong? :/

And before anyone asks, no, F5 does not work. And FN + F9 also does not work.

Would like a fix please, I would like to be able to use my laptop properly -.-

Thanks.

The windows 10 support sucks,, can't find any answers.  My Toshiba laptop lost the touchpad. Nothing.  Hooked up a wireless mouse and I have an arrow but it won't work either?  I'm going to the Apple.
