How do I reinstall Task Manager and Resource Monitor for Win 7?

I have seen a lot of questions similar to mine and the problems are mostly solved because the person was running in "tiny mode" of Task Manager.  And, while the poster's problem was solved, I have yet to be able to find an answer that actually answered the  question:  How does one reinstall Task Manager and Resource Monitor ?

I do not mean to sound rude or obnoxious but that's all I really need to know. Is it possible to reinstall Task Manager and Resource Monitor and how is that done?

To make getting an answer easier, please assume the following,

I am running Windows 7

Parts of Task Manager and Resource Monitor are not running correctly (it's NOT tiny mode, everything appears as they should, they just don't all work)

I have done a lot of research and scanning and virus checking

I do not have a good system restore file (it doesn't matter why)

I have determined that I have to reinstall the program

So my question is easy:  How does one reinstall Task Manager and Resource Monitor ?  I can't find a download file for it on Microsoft.com; it may be there but I can't find it.

Please don't bother spending time trying to figure out what's wrong with my system, you'll be wasting your time (that's the part where I am really NOT trying to be obnoxious, but I am telling you the truth).  I have done the scans, the checks, etc., etc.  I just need to reinstall it.

So please, could someone just tell me how to reinstall only the Task Manager and Resource Monitor .  I don't want to have to reinstall my entire system.  It seems to me that should not be necessary; it's only two programs.  Can it be done and, if so, how?

Thank you so much for any help.  I hope I was clear so no one wastes time on this unnecessarily.

    You are welcome.

There are no separate downloads available for them as they are part of the complete Operating System.

    Cheers.

    Hi,

When you say you have done Scans, do you mean Malware and SFC too?

If the answer to the above is Yes, you will need to do a Repair Upgrade install as Task Manager, etc is part of the Windows 7 Operating System:

Thanks.  If I understand you correctly, Task Manager and Process Manager can't be installed, that is, RE-installed, as if they were stand alone programs and there are no program files (.exe, .ddl, etc.) that an just be replaced.  Too bad.  Unless someone else has a better idea, I stand to lose too much based on the sevenforums page.  I'll just use a third party program to do what I need but I thank you for your time.
