hey i bought an elgato game capture hd and have windows 7. When i set it up and plug the usb into the computer, the automatic install fails and the drivers are left uninstalled. I tried searching their website to see if i could download the drivers from there but no luck. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hello. I have the same problem with Elgato Capture and Windows 7. Has this problem been resolved? I tried to uninstall and reinstall the drivers multiple times but to no avail. At one time this worked up until recent Windows updates.
