- Was the Windows 7 installation completed successfully?
- Do you get OOBE phase (
OOBEspecifies the Welcome Screen) on the computer?
If installation was not successful, you may try changing the Boot Sequence Priority in BIOS and try booting from the recovery disc. The installation disc should be a bootable disc. Follow the link

Also, as you are using a recovery disc and you still have issues installing from Emachines recovery disc, you may contact the computer manufacturer for the further assistance as they have more expertise on this issue.
