my emachine e725 wont boot after restore windows

my hard drive died i installed a new 1 done the factory restore with the factory disk , How do i get windows to load when done ? I hit restart like it says and then its say says No Bootable Device ,Insert Boot Disk press any key

    I understand that you have issues after performing factory reset in the computer.

    I would need some more information related to this issue, to help you better. 

    1. Was the Windows 7 installation completed successfully?
    2. Do you get OOBE phase (OOBE specifies the Welcome Screen) on the computer?

    If installation was not successful, you may try changing the Boot Sequence Priority in BIOS and try booting from the recovery disc. The installation disc should be a bootable disc. Follow the link

    Also, as you are using a recovery disc and you still have issues installing from Emachines recovery disc, you may contact the computer manufacturer for the further assistance as they have more expertise on this issue.
