Hello HidanxZetsu, ,
Thank you for replying with the status of the issue.

2. Do you have any proxy settings to browser.
Method 1: You can reset the TCP/IP stack from the Command Prompt. Follow the steps.
- Press Windows +X.
2. Click Command prompt (Admin mode)
3. Type ‘netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt’
4. Press Enter.
5. Reboot the computer.
Method 2: I would suggest you to select the automatically detect settings options and uncheck the proxy and check if it works.
- go to the network settings.
- Automatically detect settings.
**Method 3:**Run Microsoft Safety Scanner and check if it helps.
Microsoft Safety Scanner: http://www.microsoft.com/security/scanner/en-us/default.aspx
Note: The Microsoft Safety Scanner expires 10 days after being downloaded. During this 10 days, it will remove all the virus infected files and folders. I suggest you to create a backup of your data and then Install Microsoft Safety Scanner.
Hope this information helps, please reply with the status of the issue for further assistance.
