    Hi,

    • Have you disabled it from the device manager?

Let’s try to enable the keyboard from the device manager and see if it fixes the issue.

    1. Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, tap Settings, and then tap Change PC settings.
    2. Click on Control Panel at the bottom.
    3. Click on Device manager.
    4. Right click on the Keyboard and click on Enable.
    5. Restart the computer and check if it helps.

Keep us posted on the status of the issue.

Disabling a device is something only a service or app running in usermode can do. Disable operation requires an external agent. The OS doesn't ever disable the device on its own. OS can only fail the device if it's doesn't work. A failed device will have yellow ! in the device manager.

My guess is that you might have a rogue service that disables your keyboard. Look for 3rd party services running in the background and disable them.
