Pyramid games that cannot be solved

I like to play the Pyramid and Tripeaks games to see how high a score I can get.  Most of the Tripeaks games can be solved but the Pyramid games are another thing. Invariably, four cards are below their pairing number and as such cannot be solved. Believe me, I am very good at these games now and whoever is designing them needs to make sure this does not happen. Has anyone else found this problem? This does not apply to the Daily Challenge games as yet have not had a problem solving these since getting my W8 PC last year.

    Hi Brenda,

When you access the Pyramid games in the Store, navigate to pyramid support under Details and you may also send your feedback to them.

Further, I would recommend you to provide your suggestions and feedback for the Game App here:

    1-Open the Game apps.

2-Press Windows key + C and click Settings.

3-Click on Feedback to provide your valuable feedback.

    Thank you.

I see this all the time with pyramid. The July 3rd daily challenge was unbeatable. . I can beat all the games but pyramid definitely needs some work

This happens because Microsoft is too focused at making money that they are too incompetent to make some games that are solvable. I would estimate close to 25% of these games are not solvable.

    Hi

I have no problems with solving the daily challenge games it is the ones you can play to achieve highest scores that are the problem. Most daily challenge games are solvable, you have to think quite outside the box sometimes. Instead of taking all cards that are available, sometimes you have to leave the obvious to clear the unobvious. This is quite apparent with the Tripeaks and Klondike. One of the daily challenges, possibly Pyramid. Sometimes the first games are totally unsolvable but by going on to the next games the challenges can be attainable. I used to get caught out trying and trying the first game but soon realised that it is done for that purpose so just move on and see what happens.

I totally recognize this. It's very frustrating when you're playing at your best, and then you get a couple of unsolvable boards in a row. I have often wondered why they haven't programmed the game in a way that it would be always solvable.

@DeeZeepc: Yes, I solved the Tripeaks game. I have yet to play a daily challenge that I cannot solve.
