- What is the complete error message?
- Is the issue confined to PDF files?
- What is the make and model of the printer?
Generally, the access denied error will occur if there are no proper permissions. I have found one setting from the Abode forums which might help you fix the issue.
I would have you disable protected mode within Adobe Reader and see if it fixes the issue.
Here are the steps:
- Open Adobe Reader, go to Edit > Preferences > General and deselect Enable Protected Modeat startup.
- Restart Reader and check the issue.
