What do I need to do to be able to print?

    Hi SuNuinLondon,

Was it working before? Which was your previous operating system in which Printer worked fine?

It looks like we do not have latest drivers available for Philips LaserMFD 6020. You may have to contact Philips support to see if there is any latest drivers/patch available.

We do not have much information regarding the compatibilityof Printer in Windows Compatibility Center.

You may search with the exact model number to get the proper drivers for the device.

    http://www.support.philips.com/support/catalog/catalog.jsp?categoryid=PC_PRODUCTS_AND_PHONES_GR_SI_CARE&userLanguage=en&userCountry=si&_requestid=614689

If the issue still persists, you may follow these steps to install the printer drivers in compatibility mode.

    a. Right click the driver setup file.

    b. Click on the ‘compatibility’ tab and check the box "Run this program in compatibility mode for” and select Windows 8 operating system from the drop down.

    c. Click on ‘Apply’ and click ‘OK’ and run the file to install it.

Hope this information helps. Reply with the status so that we could help you further.
