Hi,
File Explorer - Right Click the drive (if shown) - Eject.
If these do not help then be sure to check with the System Maker and/or Drive Maker's Support,
their on-line documentation and drivers, and ask in their forums (if any) about known issues.
Is the drive just stuck?
For tray drives :
Sometimes they get stuck. There is a little hole on the front of the CD drive that you can stick a
paperclip in which will release the drive and allow it to open.
Create a Paperclip Drive Opener

For Slot Drives :
Check with System Maker on how to eject the disk.
