    Hi Deepak,

This issue could have occurred due to the Remote Access Service not working.

To fix this issue, I would have you refer to the article and check if it helps.

If the issue persists, you may post your query in TechNet forums since the software involves VPN connections.

Thanks Sharief for your help....In the link that you had sent following are the main points that are required to be verified which i have checked already.

Go to Device Manager and check if the SSL-VPN NetExtender Adapter has been installed successfully. If not, delete the adapter from the device list, reboot the machine and install NetExtender again.--->Here what i have observed is that every time i reinstall Netextender it shows some number in the adapter name in the device manager which gets incremented by 1 and comes like this "SonicWall NetExtender Adapter #6".  Not sure if something wrong with this. But there is only one Sonicwall adapter present in the device manager.

Go to Windows Service manager under ControlPanel > Administrator Tools > Services. Look for the Remote Access Auto Connection Manager and Remote Access Connection Manager to see if those two services have been started. If not, set them to automatic start, reboot the machine, and install NetExtender again.--->Done this

Check if there is another dial-up connection in use, if so, disconnected the connection, reboot the machine and install NetExtender again.-->Checked this and verified that there is no other dial up connection in use.

Go to Network connections to check if the SonicWALL SSL-VPN NetExtender Dialup entry has been created, if not, reboot the machine and install NetExtender again.-->Yes this has been created.

    Any other suggestions?
