Solution I found and it works for me:

    http://www.sevenforums.com/drivers/319261-bluetooth-peripheral-device-no-driver-found.html

    1. Start > Search > Device Manager > Other Devices > Bluetooth Peripheral Device > Update Driver Software
    2. Continue from Step 5 to Step 9

    Required XDA steps:

Installing Windows Mobile Device Center is not necessary. The peripheral just needs a standard bluetooth COM port driver.

    1. In the Bluetooth device window, right-click the phone icon and select 'Properties'
    2. Click 'Hardware' tab then 'Properties'
    3. Click 'Change settings'
    4. Select the 'Driver' tab, then 'Update driver...'

    5. Click the second option: "Browse my computer for driver software"

    6. Click to choose the option "Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer"

    7. From the list "Common hardware types", Select 'Ports (COM & LPT)'

    8. Two droplists appear. Choose 'Microsoft' in the "Manufacturer" list, then 'Standard Serial over Bluetooth link' in the "Model" list

    9. A warning window pops up. Ignore it by clicking 'Yes'

    1. Presto, the device functions properly..

    Hi Deepak,

    1. Do you get any error message when you try to connect the phone to the PC?
    2. What is the make and model of the PC?

You can refer the below link that will give you information on ‘Add a Bluetooth enabled device to your computer’

    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Add-a-Bluetooth-enabled-device-to-your-computer

You should be able to install the drivers from the motherboard CD/DVD that you would have received with the PC. You can alternatively go to the computer manufacturer's website and download the latest drivers.

Also, refer o the thread and follow the suggestions provided by 'Andy Dandifer' on January 28, 2014.

Let us know if it helps. If you have further queries, we will be happy to help.
