Hi Team,

We have one scenario to monitor the content in the pop up page when we access the URL.

Transaction steps:

  1. Access the URL
  2. Click on Login page
  3. Pop up pages appears and we need to monitor the content in the pop up page. (note: URL does not change and status code does not change as well)

Please let me know how to process this configuration.

We tried web application transaction monitoring but it did not satisfy our criteria.

    Thanks Crystal,

I want to monitor the content in the pop up page and not the login page. After we click on the URL, login page appears; when we click on the login button, we get a pop up displaying the below information. We need to monitor that content and trigger the alert.

    Content:

A problem occurred connecting to the community

@Dhruvika G , From your description ,I know we want to monitor a URL with pop up. Could you confirm if the pop up is used for authentication?

If yes, we can configure the web application transaction monitor’s authentication setting and choose the authentication method used by the web application. We can see more details in the following link (The configuration can also be applied to SCOM 2016):
    https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/ie/en-US/b51b6c2a-d7cc-4a75-bef8-01939812c694/scom-2012-how-to-create-a-web-application-monitor-for-an-application-requiring-authentication?forum=operationsmanagerauthoring

Meanwhile, we can also see if URLGenie Management Pack meet your request:

Note: Non-Microsoft link, just for the reference.

    Hope it can help.
