I started my ultrabook and a pop-up appear saying that there's an unknown device. I'm not sure if it's about my touchscreen device. After that, my touchscreen is not working and the Pen or Touch display couldn't be found in the control panel > Hardware and Sound.

    Try this:

    To re-enable the touch screen:

    1. At the desktop, hold down the Windows key and press X and then A to bring up an Administrator's command prompt.
    2. Type "bcdedit /set testsigning on" (without the quotes) and hit Enter. You should see a response that the command was successful. 3. Reboot the machine.
    3. Touch screen is now working.
