Try this..
Press CTRL + ALT + one of the arrow keys. Strictly speaking, each attempt should rotate the screen by 90°, so you will need to do it at least TWICE.. :-)

Try this..

You change it through Display Settings>Right Click on the desktop>Click on Screen Resolution>Click on the down arrow (opposite Orientation) Flip Screen.

It depends on what video card and driver you have. It doesn't do it
here either.
Depends on the graphics driver/settings in use as to whether Ctrl+Alt+arrow has any impact
