with a quick resolution, please reply to these questions:

Do you receive any error message or error code?
2.
Was it working fine before?
Follow the suggestions listed below for a possible fix:
Method 1: I would suggest you to run the Printer troubleshooter and check if that works.
Follow the steps to run the troubleshooter:
a.
Press Windows key + C on your keyboard to show the Charms bar.
b.
Type Troubleshooting and click
Troubleshooting under Settings.
c.
Now type Printer in the
search option.
d.
Click on Printer troubleshooter to run the troubleshooter.
Method 2:
I would suggest you to uninstall the printer drivers and install it in compatibility mode.
**Step 1:**Completely uninstall the existing printer drivers from the computer and then try installing the printer drivers and check. Follow these steps:
**a.**Press
Windows key + R
b.
In run window type “devmgmt.msc” and press
Enter
c.
Locate the printer drivers from device manger
d.
Right click on it and select
uninstall
e.
Reinstall the latest printer drivers and check if it helps
Step 2: Try installing them in compatibility mode.
a.
Right click on the setup file of and select “Properties”.
b.
Select “Compatibility” Tab.
c.
Place a check mark next to “Run this program in Compatibility mode” and select
Windows 7 from the drop down list.
Let the drivers install and then check the functionality.
