Virtual router not working - "The group or resource is not in the correct state to perform the request question "

I installed virtual router manager v1.0 but its not working . when I start virtual  router by local area connection from my laptop, its showing a error. that is "The group or resource is not in the correct state to perform the request question ". Please give me this problem solution. I want to start virtual router and use internet connection to other devices.

    Thank you so much viewers. Virtual router is working properly. I can use internet from my laptop to my other devices.

    This works!

    This is the reason why all routers do not work. If the virtual adapter is not allowed it will never work.

    1. Open an elevated Command Prompt window
    2. Run:cmd(run as administrator)

    netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow

         this is happens because  you ''network stack will be overflow" so used this command into the cmd and release  the stack
