Each time my PC starts it is displaying the message; **Please wait while windows configures market research,**thus far I have cancelled the installation on on every occasion.

My questions are;

  1. Should this installation be allowed to continue?
  2. What is this installation, is it harmful e.g. a virus or spyware?
  3. If installation is not preferred, how do I stop the windows installer trying to launch this program?

    Option A: Uninstall the printer software on both computers then install the latest software versions available (offered) via this page => http://www8.hp.com/us/en/drivers.html

    Option B: Contact HP Support for further assistance.

    Option C: Disable (HP) Solution Center from loading at boot via WinKey+R | MSCONFIG | Startup (tab).

    Is it an HP computer and/or is any HP software (e.g., printer; Solution Center) installed?
