    I would like to know some information about this issue so that we could assist you further.

    1. Are you referring to any Gaming app?
    2. Are you trying to install any game app from Windows Store?

    If you are referring to the Clash of Clans, then there is no related app at present on Windows Store. once this game app is available you will be able to download and install from Windows Store.

    this game is now only available for IOS and Android.
