I have 8mm video tapes, Hi-8 video tapes and 8mm digital video tapes and I want to put the all on my PC to edit with Adobe Premiere Pro software. What do I do to record them on the hard drive on my PC that I am using for video storage? (S:) drive for StorVideo.  I have the original video cameras that were used to make the 8mm video tapes. My computer is using Windows 7 Pro 64bit and I want to edit with Adobe Premiere Pro CC. I want to do this myself not commercially.

    Hi Joseph,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

You can use Windows Movie Maker to first convert the 8mm analog video tapes to digital. After that use your preferred application to edit. Windows Movie Maker will also help you edit them after conversion.

Refer to these links for more details:

Feel free to ask more queries on Windows.
