    Hi and Welcome!

The Software Manager is a program that is installed on Original Equipment Manufacturer PCs. This helps keep preinstalled programs up-to-date.

    How does it work?

The update notices include the size of the update, and a description of the update. From this list, choose the updates you wish to install. Clicking on an update listing allows you to learn more about the update, or to remove the update notice.

Also Internet Explorer 10 is outdated on Windows 7, and I would advise that you upgrade to Internet Explorer 11 via this link:

    Hi there,

There are different types of software manager. As Mastercheifxx17 said, sometimes these may be pre-installed on your computer by your manufacture.

I can recommend you Filehippo Update Manager, which automatically checks for updates for the software you have installed.

    Filehippo Update Manager.

    Thank you.
