Code 10 error description:
The Code 10 error code is generated when Device Manager has insufficient information or the error that is bubbled up by the device drivers is not recognized by Device Manager. Additionally, this error may occur when one of the drivers that the device needs
does not start. If many drivers are being used by a particular device, it can be difficult to determine the one that failed.
Cause of this error:
One of the major cause for this is that network adapter is not currently supporting this feature. You may download the latest driver / update the driver for your network adapter or chipset, and then try to uninstall and reinstall this component.
I would suggest you to try the steps provided below and check if it helps
As the issue is related to Network drivers then please try the steps provided to uninstall the
Network Adapter from Device Manager, uninstall the device drivers from program list and then download the latest drivers from the manufacturer's website.
Step 1:
Uninstall the Device from Device Manager
- Open **Device Manager**
- Expand the Network Adapter section.
- Find the Network card Driver.
- Right click Network card Driver and select Uninstall.
- Select the check box delete the driver software for this device.
- Reboot the computer after uninstall process has finished.
Step 2:
Uninstall the Device Drivers from Program List in Control Panel
- Click on start, select Control Panel
- Now click on Programs and select Programs and Features.
- Find the Network card Driver.
- Right click Network card Driver and select Uninstall.
- Reboot the computer after the uninstall process has finished.
Step 3:
Download and install the latest drivers for the Network card from the manufacturer website
