************** JIT Debugging **************

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this

application or computer (machine.config) must have the

jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.

The application must also be compiled with debugging

enabled.

For example:

<configuration>

    <system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />

</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception

will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer

rather than be handled by this dialog box.

please help me to solve the error...

    Hello Hebaloch,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community Forum.

    As per the problem description, I understand that you get .NET Framework unhandled exception error 0x8007007E, unable to load “hppatusg01.dll”.

    I would appreciate if you can provide us the following information to help us understand the issue better.

    1. When exactly do you get this error message? Does this error message appears at startup or while using any particular program?
    2. Do you have HP printer or scanner installed on your computer? Have you updated/uninstalled/installed the HP device driver just before this issue?

    “hppatusg01.dll” is a HP device driver file, this error message appear when the HP software fails to load this .dll file. Some of our community members have got this problem resolved by uninstalling and reinstalling HP device drivers.

    You may refer the article below to uninstall the HP device driver from your computer.

    Uninstall, change or repair a program

    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/uninstall-change-program

    After successfully uninstalling the HP device driver, download the best compatible driver from HP website and install.

    If the issue persists even after uninstalling and reinstalling HP device driver, you may check running Microsoft System file checker tool SFC /SCANNOW to scan the system integration and fix system file corruption (if any).

    The **sfc /scannow (System File Checker)**command scans all protected system files, and replaces incorrect versions with correct Microsoft versions.

    Follow the steps in the article below to run System File Checker tool (SFC Scan). This will require to open command prompt as administrator, the article below explains how to open command prompt as an administrator.

    Use the System File Checker tool to troubleshoot missing or corrupted system files. ****http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833/en-us

    Hope this helps. Please let us know the results. Feel free to write us back for any further assistance, we’ll be glad to assist you.
