    As per the description I understand that you want to use Indian Rupee symbol. I will certainly help you with this issue.

    I would like to inform you that if you want to use Indian Rupee symbol in Windows 8, then you need to install the English (India) language pack through Windows update (optional updates).

    After installing the language pack you can use the Indian Rupee symbol in the Microsoft WordPad or Microsoft Word by using the shortcut keys “Alt” + “Ctrl” + “4” or “Shift” + “F4 key from the keyboard.
