There are many but the one I recommend is sharefolder explorer. It works like a charm.

Having come from Android and believing (which I still do) that Apple are the most condescending and restrictive format there is, I was expecting that a windows phone would have AS STANDARD a ES File Manger style app which allowed you to connect FOR FREE with your business LAN/Network.
It is next to useless to have an App which displays

At this rate, Microsoft are acting exactly like Apple.
