They are most probably a reputable software company, personally having looked at the programs available, I would not download and use any. Programs such as these sometime cause more problems than they fix.

On the website, it says that it is a gold certified company by microsoft. It has a bunch of programs there, such as one that fixes the registry, etc. I've read up that things like that actually make your computer worse. Why would it be a microsoft gold certified company?

I've left phone messages and emailed for a week with no response. That makes me wonder about the reliability of this company.

2016-12-08T17:12:05+00:00 I needed software for an Olympus digital camera. The Olympus site didn't have the software anymore so I did a web search. I got a hit claiming to offer a free download of the Olympus software. After downloading, a registry cleaner from Solvusoft is the only thing that showed up. I've tried numerous times to uninstall it but the program will not until uninstall. It ran the uninstall program but the files are still there. Deleted individual files but there are 3 that will not allow me to remove. Several calls to Solvusoft have never been answered and numerous voice mails have not been returned. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

The company is more than likely a very reputable organisation, and the products most probably works very well, but the problem has been that some users have no real knowledge or understanding of how to correctly use them, also that they do not understand how a computer registry functions, you could say the registry is the real brain of the computer software. Altering, deleting or modifying register entries with out knowing the full consequences, will, not could kill you computer device.
If you read thru forums (not only this one) there are many question stating that the user ran a register cleaner or such like program, the device is having problems and they have no idea why.
I very rarely need to do any thing within the registries of the computer devices that I have.
