Then select "Troubleshoot" from "Choose an option" screen

Actually... the process goes like this and it's far more interesting if you have drivers from older Windows (e.g. XP, Vista, 7) that worked, but now they dont in 8.1.

This procedure worked for Microtek Scanmaker 3700 drivers from Windows 7 to Windows 8.1 (Original Drivers for XP Only)

    1. Install Driver Genius Professional to the pc you have the drivers that work
    2. Backup all drivers to a zip or exe (not the auto install exe)
    3. Restart to the pc with windows 8.1 (the pc you need to install the driver)
    4. Go to side menu that comes on the right when you hover up the right corner and select Settings (Last icon) and Power
    5. Press shift and select Restart, it will start closing windows programs, but it will stop in a menu
    6. Select, Troubleshoot, Advanced, Startup Settings and press Restart
    7. After restart select option 7. Disable Driver Signature Enforcement
    8. Go to folder with all the drivers from previous system and unzip all drivers
    9. Find the driver you need (e.g. Microtek Scanmaker 3700) and right click and select Install
